Prices are determined depending on the quantity and quality of delivered scrap metal.

The total amount of handed over scrap metal must be no less than EUR 10.00.

For legal entities, the recipient of scrap metal is responsible for paying VAT to the state budget in accordance with Article 143, Part 1 of the Value Added Tax Law.

From 01.01.2012, personal income tax is deducted from the income from the sale of scrap metal for natural persons and transferred to the state budget in the amount of 10%.
